Die Küchenausstattung ist nicht gut. Nicht genug Geschirr, Küchenhandtücher, Schüsseln, Kinderbesteck fehlt, zu wenig Gläser. Schlechter Pfannenwender.

Wir hatten sehr schöne sechs Tage auf Borkum. Die Wohnung war modern eingerichtet, sehr geräumig und sauber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.Die Couch könnte etwas bequemer sein.Einzige Einschränkung: da die Wohnung im dritten Stock unterm Dach liegt, könnte es im Sommer sehr warm werden. Wir hatten an den letzten beiden Urlaubstagen gute 20 Grad Außentemperatur und die Wohnung hat sich am Nachmittag schon richtig aufgeheizt.

Ideale Urlaubslocation

Super Wohnung in bester Urlaubslage auf Borkum. Trotz der direkten Nachbarschaft zur Fußgängerzone ist die Wohnung im 3. Stock absolut ruhig. Sehr guter Zustand. Sehr schönes Bad.

Schöne Wohnung

Sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung in der Fußgängerzone bzw. am Bahnhof. Die gesamte Wohnung, insbesondere das Badezimmer, wirkten neu und modern. Leider war kein Smart-TV vorhanden und die Waschvorgänge im Gemeinschaftskeller mit 1€-Münzen etwad umständlich. Insgesamt jedoch empfehlenswert!Gemeinschaftskeller

Großzügige Wohnung in zentrale Lage

Die Wohnung ist modern, clean eingerichtet. Für den Wohlfühlaspekt fehlten uns Kissen auf der Couch und für die Balkonstühle sowie Decken. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte etwas differenzierter sein: z. B. mehr Geschirr, größere Auswahl an Trinkgläsern, Müslischalen, Dose zur Kaffeeaufbewahrung etc. Alles in allem haben wir den Urlaub in ihrem Objekt sehr genossen und würden wiederkommen.

Preis-/Leistung passt nicht

Der Aufenthalt war OK, jedoch ist die FeWo für den Preis deutlich überteuert. Das innenliegende Bad ist seit ca. 20 Jahren nicht mehr renoviert worden und in sehr mäßigem Zustand. Das Internet funktionierte nicht und wurde auch nicht repariert, so dass wir den gesamten Aufenthalt darauf verzichten mussten. Der kleine Balkon verfügt nur über zwei Stühle. Die Wohnung ist groß, besteht aber im Wesentlichen aus einem großen Flur, der wenig nutzbar ist. Bettwäsche und Handtücher z.T. löchrig und zerschlissen. Wie in der Judendherberge müssen bei Abreise die Betten abgezogen werden.

Sehr gute Lage!

Das Objekt befindet sich in einer sehr guten Ausgangslage in Borkum; nah zum Strand, Bahnhof, Schwimmbad oder den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben sehr schöne Tage auf der Insel Borkum verbracht.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in toller Wohnung

Unser erster Borkum Aufenthalt, sehr schöne Wohnung mit Meerblick, Check In vor Ort und auch Kommunikation zwischendurch immer top und freundlich ( Danke und Gruss an Frau Zander!). Sehr schöner und sauberer Strand, die tägliche Infrastruktur (div. Restaurant, einkaufen, Apotheke, Eisdielen) in 0-3 Minuten zu Fuß, Haus mit neuen Fahrstuhl, Lage im Dachgeschoß empfanden wir als angenehm ruhig (Nr. 306) Fazit: das war ein toller Urlaub, wir haben uns alle gut erholt! Im Übrigen ist der Transfer mit dem Katamaran sehr zu empfehlen.

Entspannte Zeit im Mietobjekt

Nette Hausverwaltung eines rundum gepflegtes Objekts. Vorteil 3.Etage samt Aufzug und Ruhe. Vom Balkon und Zimmern tolle Aussicht auf das Meer. Balkon leider nur für 2 Personen ausgelegt. Schnell fußläufig zum Strand und zur Stadt. Schnell an der Bimmelbahn. Auto überflüssig!
