  • Welcome to Borkum! Our modern, newly renovated “Südoase” holiday apartment offers approximately 70 m² of space for up to four people and is the ideal starting point for a relaxing island holiday.
    The bright living and dining area with an open kitchen invites you to relax and unwind. Two bedrooms ensure restful nights, while the modern bathroom with a shower and washing machine offers additional comfort.
    The sunny terrace and adjoining garden are particularly popular—perfect for breakfast outdoors or relaxing after a day at the beach. A private parking space right next to the house and bike storage are also available.
    The apartment is located in a quiet, low-traffic residential area in the southern part of Borkum’s town centre. The North and South Beaches, the tidal flats, restaurants, cafés, shopping, and the pedestrian zones are all within easy reach. The Borkum Kleinbahn train station, with a connection to the ferry terminal, is also nearby.
