The apartment is located on Alte Schulstraße, in the historic centre of Borkum, not far from the train station. The apartment is on the ground floor. Its exceptionally quiet location is enhanced by the “Red Zone,” a traffic-calmed area restricted to all cars. Particularly noteworthy are the short distances to the North Beach (about an 8-minute walk), to the train station (about a 3-minute walk), and to the shopping street with the supermarket and bakery (Strandstraße) (about a 3-minute walk).
The garden, which features a beach chair, and a laundry room are available for shared use.



Located in the heart of city centre Borkum, the Altstadtdomizil is situated on Alte Schulstraße. From here, you can reach the shopping promenade, the North Beach, and the spa promenade in just a few minutes on foot. Nevertheless, the Altstadtdomizil is situated in a very quiet location outside the pedestrian zone.
The building features four holiday apartments, each designed to accommodate two people. A private sauna in each apartment invites you to relax and rounds out the amenities.
