"Great hotel and good service"

"Wonderful hotel with great amenities, a fantastic location, and a very friendly staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The only "problem" for me was the food—it was delicious, but there was far too much of it, and I couldn't resist!"

"Host (Sukhan) was the best. Always smiling and helpful. Check-in was quick, excellent breakfast. Clean and spacious rooms. We visited Rabati palace, Green Monastry and Bakuriani, Sukhan arranged for our transport and also coordinated with the drivers on our behalf. We never felt that we are in a different country, it felt like family with love and lot of warmth. Thank you Sukhan for being such a fabulous host, looking forward to coming down again in the future. All the best 😊"

"very comfortable bed, clean and quiet."

"Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna Good breakfast "

"An excellent hotel close to everything Borjomi has to offer. The staff were always friendly and ready to help with any inquiries. The room was spotlessly clean and well maintained. "

"Beautiful property and attentive staff"

"An amazing hotel nestled right in the forest! It’s super convenient—just 10 minutes from Borjomi by taxi, or you can take the cable car. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the room was spotless."

"Nice property and facility for families with small children."

"Just the view from the hotel property is worth the money. "

"Beautiful new hotel in Bakuriani. Clean large rooms, friendly and helpful staff (excellent English), easy location walkable to many restaurants and shops for snacks if needed. Very nice rooms with great views of the mountain (stayed in #503), parking included. Coffee and water in room was greatly appreciated. Location is a bit hard to find since it’s not on Google Maps yet, but the Google Plus Code (copy and paste into Google Maps) is: QG3H+VP Bakuriani, Georgia. "

"It's a nice guest house. Everything excellent. It's clean and convenient to stay with kids. There is kitchen. You can prepare your food if you are tired of the Georgian food."

"The stay was very good. The couple and their child are very kind and helpful. They know english. The rooms clean. "

"The location is amazing, too many activities near the apartment. Best place to stay with family. However, 1. The hotel has to be renovated urgently. 2. Furniture is old, 3. Towels are mostly torn 4. Bath amenities with the lowest quality 5. SPA doesn't have slippers and enough towels. Note. Special thanks to the reception team (Nika) and friendly housekeeping. "

"STAY AWAY... It is just a house run by a women. They have no services what so ever. They don't even clean your villa. I had to request so many times to have my villa cleaned and they sent someone who did a very basic job without putting any toiliteries or towels. Linens were never changed and I stayed there for 5 nights. By the way, staff is also very grumpy. my advise is that choose a different property if you want your holiday to be enjoyable."

"The hotel was a separate building with just two apartments. It could be easily accessed by car, so I would recommend it to travellers having cars. The host Bacho and his wife lived nearby and they could open and close the property and also provide any assistance quite fast. I found the apartment very big, with equipped kitchen, laundry machine, which I did not use during my three-day stay. I enjoyed the living area where I could sit on the sofa with my laptop on the table. The sockets were...

"Petit hôtel à borjomi, propre et moderne, pas de restauration, pas de P dej, pas de parking mais facile de trouver autour. dans la ville de borjomi, tout accessible à pied, mais à notre avis pas une ville très intéressante, ultra touristique, pas super belle, bref sans intérêt ( c'est personnel )"

"Property was hardly finished, cleaning service was available by requests numerous requests.staff was friendly and understanding. The hotel was supposed to be a pet friendly, but somehow we got pressure from other tenets and staff was trying to please them, which was big drawback for us. Overall I wouldn’t recommend the place if you traveling with pets."

"Hotel is not on Google maps, hotels.com coordinates are in a river. When I tried to call them, they hung up because I spoke English and thereafter denied my calls. Money out the window. Had to book another hotel"
