"Breakfast on the terrace with a stunning view of the sea was memorable. However it was on the third floor with no lift. No good for anyone with mobility issues. The staff were friendly. The apartments were also up narrow stairs, but we're modern with good facilities. Don't be put off by the appearance of the rest of the street. The location was excellent. Close to the castle, old town and museums. Enjoyed our stay."

"To be fair, I am reviewing the Akropolis Hotel because that’s where I stayed. When I got to San Andrea Degli Armeni, there was no one there, but a sign there had a phone number to call. The person said to come to the Akropolis Hotel which was just a short walk. Apparently they are sister hotels and my reservation was switched but because I booked on hotels.com they staff couldn’t reach me. No big deal, as it was close by. Once I arrived, everything was great. There were a couple minor issues...

"The location is magnificent along the lungomare so you go to bed and wake up with the sun and sea. The staff were very welcoming and polite. Early breakfast was available and excellent. I would stay there again and in fact this was not my first visit."
