The fridge and freezer were turned off on arrival, taking over a day to cool in 39C heat, so we had no cold food or drinks. "This hotel has a fantastic location directly in front of the lake and next to the Puccini house in theater. The room is completely star off not even any art, but the bathroom was spacious. The reception desk was very helpful to us. Would definitely recommend."
