Two rooms with a balcony

  • The rooms are in my house, where I have my office in a room downstairs. Since I’m downstairs and the guests are upstairs, we don’t come into contact with each other.

    The rooms are on the ground floor and are private. The bathroom is right next to the rooms and is private. There are no other occupants.
    There is a common room upstairs where guests can eat or spend the evening. Everything is on one floor.
    The kitchen is downstairs. I share this space with you.

    The apartment is located in the centre of town but is still very quiet.

    Right across the street are a supermarket, a pharmacy, a bakery, and a restaurant.
