The new three-room apartment in Marina di Borghetto (SV) is located within an extraordinary complex whose common areas feature a 400-square-meter pool with a sensory shower, a sunbathing area, chaise longues with a whirlpool, and a tennis or football court, as well as a lounge area for refreshments. Nearby are the historic centre and the waterfront, lined with small shops and traditional restaurants.

    Spanning 55 square metres on the ground floor and featuring a beautiful terrace with plenty of open space in front for complete relaxation, the three-room Michelangelo apartment consists of a living room with a table, a double sofa bed, and an LED TV; a kitchen equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, induction cooktop, and electric kettle; a master bedroom; a twin bedroom; and a bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and heated towel rack. Wi-Fi included. A private parking space is available.

    The large 400-square-meter pool, designed by architect Luigi De Filippo, is the centrepiece around which key amenities are arranged, such as the chaise longues with hydromassage and the sensory showers at the pool's edge. The sun deck, where you can relax in complete safety, and the outdoor dining area round out the setting. Nearby is a multipurpose sports field for tennis and football.

Schöner Schein

Kein WLAN, nur ein winziges zweites Schlafzimmer mit Etagenbett und winzigem Fenster, Schlafsofa fällt halb auseinander, kein Pool (obwohl auf den Bildern zu sehen). Alles in allem ist die Wohnung niemals für 6 Personen geeignet. Die Wohnung ist auch relativ weit weg vom Strand und man ist meistens auf das Auto angewiesen.

Das einchecken war unproblematisch, wir hatten nur die ganze Zeit kein WLAN weil offensichtlich die Gigabite aufgebraucht waren . Sowas darf nicht passieren. Es wurde von 2 Schlafzimmer gesprochen. Ein Zimmer war ein 3,5 qm Loch mit schmalen Etagenbettem und einem winzig kleinen Fenster. Es gab nur eine Aircondition Gerät dass das Wohnzimmer runter kühlte . Fernsehen nur italienische Programme , keine Beschreibung. Es gab keinem Hasrfön , eindreckiges Handtuch wurde in einer Schublade liegen gelassen . Kein Rest wenigstens Toilettenpapier . Pfanne alt und Stil wackelig . Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer war an der Seite abgebrochen. Wir sind einen Tag früher abgereist . Es gab soviel Mängel das wir Schafensersatz zurück fordern .
