"Spacious, clean room. Breakfast had plenty of options warm and cold. Staff were pleasant. We did end up getting an uber in and out of town everyday which cost on an y £6 a journey. There are good transport links but for us, an uber was just more convenient."

The room was clean and comfortable, The kitchen was fairly well equipped for self catering and there was transport close for easy access to the city
The only problem was the aircon didn't work when we first arrived, it was very warm in the room. The reception staff gave us a fan which was great but it was very noisy and couldn't keep it on at night so it was uncomfortable to sleep. We asked a few times but were told there was no one available to fix it . On the 3rd day my partner googled and...

The hotel is very modern and comfortable. It's not in the city if that's what you want but it's walking distance from the metro and only 6 stops to the main station. There was a buffet breakfast in the morning which was quite nice and overall I would recommend the hotel and think it was excellent value for a nice, modern hotel. The only sore spot was with the service. The staff at the front desk were friendly, professional and helpful. My issue was with the staff member at breakfast, Jiruna. On...

My stay the Hermitage in Prague had been just amazing. The location was perfect. Close enough to be able to walk into the Old Town and beyond, but in a quiet location, close to amenities. public transport and lots of restaurants. My room was spacious and comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast had a great variety of choices and all were delicious! The staff were wonderful and particularly worth mentioning were the staff on reception who went above and beyond to be helpful, flexible and...

If I could give 6 stars I would. Great location, staff were incredible. Our Prague experience was unforgettable and this this gorgeous hotel contributed to that. We'll be back!

We stayed at Hotel Malostranska Residence Prague for 4 nights in May 2015
This hotel was fantastic, we really enjoyed our stay!
Obviously Prague is a must see destination being very beautiful, safe, and quite cheap.
The hotel is well situated in the centre of everything, walking distance to all the top spots, just around the corner from the famous bridge.
Marketa the manager was so welcoming and helpful, incredible, she goes out of her way to help, couldn’t do more to help throughout our...

We loved our stay. Our room had great views over the city and we enjoyed the sunsets from the executive lounge in the evenings before dinner. We were only there for 3 nights but we made the most of the facilities starting with a delicious buffet breakfast before taking an uber to Prague castle and meandering down to Charles Bridge and wondering around the Old Town & walked back along the riverside We headed back in the afternoon to use the gym facilities and relaxed in the executive lounge...

Great communal spaces on the ground floor of this hotel including the bar and restaurant as well as plenty of seating and free games for kids. Hotel is a little way out from the old town (30 min walk) but conveniently placed right near a tram stop.
