The space

The apartment, approximately 89 square metres in size, is located on the ground floor of a characteristic Ligurian building; please note there is a step at the entrance (not suitable for people with disabilities).

KITCHENETTE equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, conventional oven, kettle, moka pot, and various kitchen utensils;

BEDROOM 1 with a double bed and a wardrobe;

BEDROOM 2 with a queen-size sofa bed and a desk;

BATHROOM 1 with a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;

GUEST BATHROOM 2 with a toilet, sink, and bidet;

Other things to keep in mind

Seven days before arrival, you’ll receive instructions on how to upload your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the Municipality of Bordighera, which is EUR 1.50 per night per person and will be collected in cash, for the first 6 nights. Children under 12 are exempt.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
