"Nice property with an absolutely amazing view. Property is clean and well equipped. Bedrooms are comfortable. Outdoor areas are great. Location is a bit of a challenge in that the road leading to the house is steep and very windy. Walking to town is "possible" but it's a long way. Overall, a nice place to stay."

"Posizione della struttura molto bella con tanto verde intorno. L'appartamento è conforme alla descrizione, ben equipaggiato, moderno e pulito. Vista la stagione, non abbiamo utilizzato la piscina che comunque è bella e grande. Il posto auto assegnato e riservato all'interno del cortile della struttura è un grande vantaggio, visto che a Bordighera (come in tutta la Liguria peraltro) i parcheggi sono un miraggio. Si può raggiungere il centro a piedi senza problemi: sono circa 800 metri in piano."

"Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Beide Schlafzimmer und der Wohnraum ist mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die zwei Bäder sind recht groß. Einzig ein Sonnenschutz auf der kleinen Terrasse fehlt. Zu heiß zum Sitzen oder Frühstücken. Erst am Abend nutzbar. Ansonsten kann ich die Wohnung nur Empfehlen."

The only incident was when the staff that did the laundry charged over 70euros more as they checked a box on my laundry sheet stating I wanted expedited service. And the laundry came back wet.
