"I was given upstairs floor but i said i hate lifts then lady staff offered me the downstairs room which didn't lik it was room2. iI had a bed smell coming from the bathroom very bad odours smell. and also on the outside window seal lots of smoked cigarettes I tried to open the window was disgusting ..."
