El día de llegada las llaves no la encontraban y cuando las encontraron resulta que al llegar al sitio estaba ocupada la habitación,vuelta a recepción,nos dan otra habitación,le faltan cosas de la lista,los coches aparcados delante de la entrada del parking y no se podía ni entrar ni salir los coches y luego el último día no funciona el ascensor así que bajando las maletas y e carrito del bebé por las escaleras,así que fatal la estancia

Pésima organización y mala atención.

Pésima atención de parte del personal administrativo, y principalmente vuestro como hoteles.com, no informaron q la lleves había q recoger en otro punto a 8 Klm, y estuvimos perdidos 3 horas buscando en dnd recogerlas ya q en dichos departamentos no hay ni guns información ni alguien q atienda. Luego esperar más d una hora en la cola para q groseramente entregue la llave una mujer borde q no debería estar cara al público. Suerte q a mi me toco la chica más amable x q deje pasar a otra persona para q le atienda la persona indeseable. No consta en la web q el parking y wifi son d pago extra. La vajilla sucia y ninguna cosa básica como jabón d manos, nada d nada, sofá cama con somier casi desechable, tuvimos q pedir un colchón y dormir en el suelo, las almohadas para tirar q la basura y sin forros, daban asco. Solo para mochileros y sky es buena la ubicación.

Solamente buenas vistas.

Sin gran explicación , dejadez en las instalaciones. Camas, almohadas pésimas....Etc. Nadie cuida el bloque con lo cuál si hacen ruido , que lo hacen te despachan diciendo que llames a la policía.
