They treat you as family member seeing to your needs. The front desk and concierge staff scheduled everything perfectly to suggesting other activities or the Chef Charlie Collins sending us home with a wild papaya jam. Very pleasant stay in this historic inn. Staff were excellent Dining was great as well The best was the lamb chops that were on special. We spent 6 nights here & the only issue was the limited free items for breakfast (got repetitive). WE would stay here again when back in Boquete

We love this boutique Hotel's swedish historical charm and appeal as you step on the property grounds. People are nice and friendly. And the gardens are simply beautiful. Our only suggestion would be continued customer services training for the staff. Customer recognition and taste is a huge fidelity / loyalty builder and they could learn how to develop skills in that direction.
