Convenient Efficiency Kitchen: Feel at home with your own efficiency kitchen, equipped with everything you need to enjoy a basic meal or brew your morning coffee. A refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, utensils, and basic dishware are all at your disposal for your convenience.

New Efficiency Studio, comfortable king size bed, microwave, fridge, shared laundry room. I spent my weekend kayaking in the area, would rent this property again.

Mainers getaway

On site parking with driving ease to and from Boothbay proper. Easy check in process, very clean room with secure entry and access. Spacious bathroom & large comfy king size bed. Adequate living room & kitchen spaces. Didn't bother with TV, but it's a decent size & set-up. Didn’t need to but, the laundry room would be easy to use for longer stays. Fairly quiet with both neighboring rooms occupied, minimal street noise. All in all: 5 stars, would recommend.

I wasn't aware I would be charged an additional fee on my card the day I was supposed to check in. We stopped by their offices which were closed for the season and left a message with no reply. I also tried to the phone number provided on here and it was disconnected. Very disappointed my credit card information was released and there was a charge without my knowledge. Even for a hold the fee is way too much. I paid less than half of this for my one night stay. Still trying to reach them to explain what/why this charge was put on my card. The place was nice. Location was near places to eat and near the downtown gathering area for the town. Pictures were accurate. I would stay again but it needs to be disclosed about whatever the high fee charge is for. Nothing in my emails or on this site explained any additional resort fee or hold fee.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The location was easy to get in and out of traffic and it was near everything of interest. We had a fun and relaxing weekend.
