The inside was great. Roomy. Needs a larger coffee pot for a large place. Outside stairs needs improvement. Close walk to the main town with shops and restaurants. Quiet area for the most part. Maybe update the bathroom essentials.

The apartment is located close to downtown Brunswick and is walkable to restaurants. The apartment is great albeit a little tired. Overall a pleasant stay but it is a small space.

Quick stay

We stayed over night at this location over all it was a good place to stay. The only downside was the steepness of the stairs. I would not recommend for elderly. We could not find the sheets for the futon. The beds were comfortable and it was certainly located to down town Brunswick which was a big plus.

convenient location

The unit is just off the main street (Maine Street) in Brunswick, close to Gelato Fiasco and Frosty's Donuts but not so close that you hear traffic. It's clean, with plenty of windows. Parking was easy, usually on the street right in front.We didn't need a hot tub or laundry, but if those were on the property, we didn't see them. Bumping our heads on the low angled ceiling on one side of both bedrooms were an issue for both of us.In all, a good deal for a good location.

The apartment was great. Beds comfortable, super clean place, everything we needed. Everything was handled smoothly with getting key, etc. Great location too. Short walk to good restaurants etc.
