Katy Trail Pull Off

Perfect for Katy Trail travelers or anyone visiting the area. We are located within walking distance of the Katy Trail (0.05mi), Downtown Boonville (0.15 mi), and the Isle of Capri Casino (0.15mi). Two King size beds, one of which can be converted to 2 twins upon request, plus a twin size day bed. The day bed is in a room that does not have a door, not technically in a bedroom. Newly renovated, high speed internet, and stocked kitchen!

*Please note- we do NOT have a washer/dryer or a dishwasher.

*Security disclosure- there is a Ring doorbell at the front door that monitors the area directly in front of the door and driveway. No other cameras present.

Great Place!

I had a great overnight at Katy Trail Pull Off. The house is very clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The bed was fantastic, as was the shower (lots of hot water and great pressure). Would definitely stay again when I'm in the area!

The house was very cute inside and close to down town. Owner was very nice and even let us know about bad weather that was coming and where we could seek shelter of needed. The beds were comfortable and the home was nicely decorated. Would stay here again next time we are in town visiting our family

Beautiful little house!

Beautiful little house, renovated very tastefully! The kitchen is a great size if you are taking your family. Comfy beds and very clean! Wish there were televisions in the bedrooms and a bigger hot water heater but would definitely stay here again!

Cute house in a nice little town.

We stayed two nights while we were in the area for a concert. This house was perfect for my husband and I and our 3 kids. Everyone had their own bed which is always a plus. We were all very happy with the house and the amenities and would definitely stay again if in the area.

Comfy getaway

Nice little house. The place is very well kept and seems to have been updated in recent years. The host was super nice and even bought a griddle for the house so I could make pancakes for my kids. The location is near the Katy trail, Columbia and Rock Bridge State Park, which we enjoyed visiting during our stay

Great first night in Katy Trail tour

We really enjoyed our stay in Boonville. The house was perfect for the two of us...tow really comfortable beds, coffee available in the morning, and easy on and off from the Katy Trail. I recommend enthusiastically!

Clean and Accommodating House

We really enjoyed this property. It was clean and well stocked with all essentials needed. Had K-Cups and creamer supplied as a surprise. HVAC system worked very well, and I would highly recommend to anyone staying in Boonville. Located downtown right off the Missouri River. Close to Isle of Capri Casino and with walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Casino ride

Rode bikes on the Katy from Clinton, house was great for putting the bikes somewhere safe, getting cleaned up and going to the casino. House was nice, clean and close to the casino and main street businesses.

Convenience and comfortable

It was a beautiful property and comfortable. They had all the things we could have asked for except for a TV in the bedroom. We loved the candy they left us and the fact that they had Netflix on the TV..

Great Katy Pull off location

Loved our stay in Boonville! Property as described with safe parking for our bikes. Even two places to power up the ebike in the carport! Great coffee setup! Very easy walk to Hotel Frederick for dinner or isle of royale. There was a gas station within walking distance for snacks and convenience store type items.

Lovely house! My family and I stayed here for a Sat night begore hosting a bike race in Boonville. GREAT location! Spacious. Communication was great. They even shipped the tablet that I left behind.

We were pleasantly surprised with the interior. New-looking kitchen, comfortable living room. Bathroom was very clean. Only disappointment was the lack of TV stations available. No local news nor CMA awards night etc. Mostly old Rockford Files, and similar. It's VERY close to the casino if thats your jam. We absolutely loved that it is only 15 min. from Warm Springs Ranch (reservations required).

Highly recommend! Near Fox Hollow Wedding Venue.

Hosts were AMAZING. Went way above and beyond. When we arrived the pack and play wasn’t in the closet (I should’ve confirmed I needed it when I booked) and within 30? minuets there was a new one on the porch. Also, my toddler left her stuffed animal at the house and they mailed it back to her. Very sweet. The house had everyday items like shampoo/conditioner, lotion, blow dryer, coffee & creamer, candy, condiments, pots/pans, Brita water pitcher.. oh! The closet also had kids toys that kept my toddler and baby entertained which was a plus haha. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Simple, has everything you need. But the neighbors dogs....

Cute little older home very close to Boonville downtown. We picked it because it was right by the Katy Trail. What we didn't realize was that you have to walk/ride 1/2 mile over a very busy bridge connected to a 4 line highway to get to the secluded part of the trail that we're used to being on. The walking bridge is connected to the highway and we did feel safe. It just had a lot of traffic noise and wind. The outside of the house fits in with the neighborhood but it could use some tlc. Big corner spiderwebs in the garage, bushes need trimming, old boards laying around. The next door neighbors have bigger dogs that are outside barking a lot. The inside of the house was simply decorated and had everything we needed. The main bed was comfy. The britta pitcher in the fridge was very nice to have because the water has a very strange taste. If we are in the area again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
