The room was nice and so comfortable. The area of the hotel is awesome with plenty to do. I had dinner at the west light the food was amazing. I would love to come back in the summer to check out the pool.
I would work on the front desk staff being a bit more friendly and attentive.

No issues. Nice property, good location, attentive staff. Only knock is that the family suite has some very sharp edges that are eye-level for kids and had us worried. Throw some corner protectors on those and it’s a very reasonably sized and comfortable launching point for exploring Manhattan.
