"There was a cockroach on the bed when we arrived, but it was already midnight and we just killed it and went on with it. Didn't see anymore after that, but the room was wore out. Also, they shouldn't advertise that they have a pool - it's drained and there are no chairs sitting around it, so they are not planning on fixing it. this is the 3rd time this year alone that we have stayed at a hotel where the pool was out of commission without knowing it. There must be a way that Hotels.com can obtain this info for their patrons prior to booking, or even after - giving them a chance to change their booking. It's very frustrating. "

"Overall nice stay. The location is great and the studio is clean and very nice. Keyword, "studio;" may be better to advertise it that way for future guest. The code provided did not work to get into the unit; only the condo itself. However, the host was very responsive that evening to provide us a code to enter the facility that night. A few things I think would help are: New pillows. The ones provided for the bed were awful and my neck still hurts. In the check-in instructions, I would suggest telling renters to park on level 4 in the parking garage as the unit is on the 4th floor. Also, if it can sleep 4, four pillows and pillow cases should be provided. My kids had to use the throw pillows. And, that pull-out futon was also hard a rock. Finally, we were not provided with a wi-fi password to utilize the advertised wi-fi."

"The room and bathroom was very clean and good. Bed mattress was ok and sheets were clean and very good. The front office and check in area was a mess and needed cleaned up. The breakfast area needed some updating but all in all it was an ok place to stay"
