Completely renovated! Within a few blocks of downtown bars and restaurants
- Whether you’re looking for a little getaway or traveling for work for an extended period of time, this is the perfect spot for you! Located in downtown Boone, IA, just minutes away from Seven Oaks Recreation Ski Resort, Ledges State Park, and Boone Speedway. The space was completely renovated in 2023 and has everything you will need for a perfect stay. The unit is located in central Boone and within walking distance to several local restaurants.
The unit is about a 10 minute drive to Ames, IA, home of the Iowa State Cyclones. In Ames you will find many activities, restaurants, and if traveling on a weekend, you may even be able to make it to a game!
