"Staff was great. Room and facility was very clean. Breakfast was good and Happy Hour as advertised was canceled indefinitely. Figuring how to get in and out of hotel was a nightmare. You had to take parking garage elevator to first floor and go to ground floor of hotel to get a lift to your room. Very confusing. Great shops and restaurants close by to visit."

"The room was clean enough, but the ac did not work properly. It wasn’t able to be adjusted from our room. The bed was awful. Way too soft to be comfortable and it sank in the middle. Our room adjoined another that had kids in it and was right across from the elevator. I will not recommend this hotel or stay here again."

"Breakfast was over too early. Got there at 9:15 and it was already cleaned up, even coffee was gone!"

"We booked 2 rooms with breakfast for 2 in each room. They do not have it worked out with the breakfast counter. I was still charged for breakfast on my final bill which they said they would rectify. I still have not seen the refund. "
