"Old outdated property. Room smelled like cigarettes and mold. Not up to par. Went to front desk 5 mins after check in and requested a refund and left to another hotel. I booked through hotels.com and they said I needed to call them. I called and they said they need to speak with property. Still waiting on my refund."

They were loud, played hockey in all the hallways, took over the business computer and parents didn't do anything either. "
