"Good kitchen"

"The hotel is definietly not 4*, it's dark, dated and old. The room was clean, but you can see that they only spend money on maintenance if they need to. Cracked sink in the bathroom, with the cheapest handsoap/no shower gel or shampoo provided. No kettle or other tea/coffee making facilities, the minibar is super expensive. The breakfast was very basic, with limited options available after 8 (eventhough it's finishing at 10:30)."

"Gyor is a beautiful city within a 2 hour drive of Budapest. Definitely worth stopping! This hotel was perfect. The only drawback was that there was not lift which was difficult for my 78 year old mother. We managed and were very impressed with the property, the staff and breakfast the following morning. I would definitely come back to this hotel for a future visit. "

However, this is the only positive thing to be remarked upon in this regard. We booked two rooms and in one of them (15) we were utterly shocked to find out that the windows wouldn’t open. "Very good familly hotel at walking distance from Gyor downtown. Very clean rooms and environment. The check in was a little bit long as the receptionist was new in this position and was not speaking easily englush. Nevertheless we have received good support to print our train tickets. Good breakfast as well. Very good ration price vs quality"
