Second time we have stayed at Hotel Condesa, as before the service and buffet was excellent, with plenty of food to choose from.
The pool was so warm and well maintained and didn't have that strong chlorine smell you normally get.
Access to the beach is perfect with sunbeds at 20 euros per day.
Also we took a dolphin watching excursion from the nearby pier at 06.50 maybe a bit early for some but the sunrise is amazing and then you have the rest of the day to relax on the beach.
We recommend all inclusive, but this doesn't always suit everyone.

The price of the restaurant and bar are way too expensive almost 50% more than the city but we appreciated the kindness of the team.
The room was good, everything in a good shape, the cleaning team is very efficient and kind
The room is a bit far from the reception and the swimming pool and not very made to carry your luggages, especially at the entrance of the Residence, only stairs no lift.

The resort js mostly old buildings from 1972 where the air, hot or cold, is pumped from one central pipe, and the thermostat placed in the room does absolutely nothing other than turning fan on or off.
