"The room was incredibly clean and the staff was so kind and helpful. They were able to check us in way earlier than our checkin time. They communicated well and emailed us before our stay. They even let us keep our bags with them AFTER checkout so we can walk around, grab food before our flight. I would definitely come back. I'm glad I chose them for our stay. "

"The room did the job and had a really comfy bed. But I found issues in the decor and also there being a problem with showering and also inside. It is very cramped when trying to take a shower, apart from this the hotel was solid and I found everything else fine. "

"Fantastic family-run hotel - extremely friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in the junior suite and it was perfect for our family of three - room was modern, clean and had everything we might need. Good breakfast and we reserved parking too. Location was ideal and only a few minutes walk from the city centre (a number of very good restaurants and bars were recommended to us by the hotel staff) and half an hour drive from Phantasialand (well worth a visit). Would recommend. "
