"-The room was beautiful and the hotel was close to the city so was able to walk to the places we wanted to go! -Some of the staff were kind and helpful, well others were unkind and rude due to my partner & I not being able to speak or understand German, so we’re spoken to in an unkind manner. - While my partner and I were eating breakfast in the hotel restaurant, we saw a live mouse moving around the dining area where guests were eating. This made the environment feel extremely unhygienic and uncomfortable, especially in a place where food is being served. We informed a member of staff, who acknowledged that they are aware there are mice in the breakfast area. The only action mentioned was that mouse traps have been placed, and they were unsure where the mice are coming from. This was very concerning and significantly affected our experience. We would expect much higher hygiene standards in a hotel of this level and hope this issue is addressed urgently."

"Room was clean but so small for 2 adult + 2 child. Hotel did not put baby cot desoite requesting one.there were no amenitşes in the room for any of us , including the baby. We had to requested from reception."

"Didn’t visit the gym. But the sauna was hot, with attractive wooden seating and interior walls. One suggestion to improve access and ease of getting to the lowest level: Add a wooden step stool to help all, especially seniors and children, to step up, the lowest level is rather high off the floor."

"Absolutely perfect location for karneval. Close to everything you need to have a good time. Great restaurants and bars nearby, transit is 30 seconds outside the hotel, can't ask for a better spot. And the rooms are HUGE for Europe. Our one issue was the room was extremely dusty and the pillows were basically non existent, but small price to pay for the location. "

"Excellent new hotel Good clean room Excellent shower But limited dining options, so one needs to bring food from outside. After leftover thigh food sat in the wastebasket all night and all day next day, upon returning next evening, the entire room smelled. I took the garbage bag down to front office and the guy told me "oh we clean the room only every third day." If its one of you, they only give you one towel for entire three days. "
