For the facility provided, 120 USD is definitely overpriced. The toilet was not even flushed (seriously) when we checked in. Booked for two guests but only one set of towel, comforter, pillow, and cup were provided. Breakfast is free but you get the quality that is "free". Internet connection is a joke. Again, I understand if the hotel just wants to provide the basic services but 120 USD per night is a no-go.

Struikelen over de finish lijn

Inchecken ging eigenlijk prima, jongen achter de receptie was heel vriendelijk in alles uitleggen en tips geven voor eten in het dorp, ontbijt was goed. Een prima ervaring tot het uitchecken begon. We hadden een hotels.com bonusnacht gebruikt, maar de receptioniste wilde de volledige prijs rekenen. Uitgelegd hoe het zat. Had ze niks mee te maken; dat was tussen hotels.com en mij, was de reactie. Ik moest haar het volledige bedrag maar betalen en later uitzoeken hoe het zat. Niet meedenken, niet overwegen dat zij ook fout kon zitten. Dan gaat ze de druk ook nog eens opvoeren door te zeggen dat ik vier minuten heb om te betalen voor de check-out tijd is bereikt. De redelijkheid en klantgerichtheid was ver te zoeken. Dan leest ze nog eens een keer en ziet ze dat ze fout zit. Niet erkennen dat ze fout zit, alleen maar de opmerking dat het nieuw is voor haar. Mijn feedback; Sta gewoon open, blijf beleefd en kalm en wees redelijk. Als het tien minuten langer duurt om op te lossen, dan zij het zo. Ik ga heus niet weg zonder te betalen. En het is jammer, want het was anderszins een hele positieve ervaring!

Hotell med risk för dubbeldebitering o extraavgift

Lite hotell för pengarna. Litet hotellrum för 3 personer med heltäckningsmatta och svartmögel i duschen för 1600kr/natt. Man insinuerade att frukost ingick och när den serverades. Emellertid tillkom en frukostavgift på 600kr för 3 personer. Vid utcheckning hävdade man också att själva hotellrummet inte var betalt, vilket det var, i förväg. Denna dubbeldebitering backade man dock på efter diverse telefonsamtal med högre ort.

Ein kurzer Trip mit einer schönen Unterkunft und nettem Städtchen vor den Toren Bonns. Sehr sauberes und modernes, kleines Zimmer, leider kein Aufzug. Personal und Service sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
