Perfectly suited for a couple who appreciates beautiful spaces as much as beautiful beaches, this studio sits right at the center of the five-tower complex — with the white sands of Bonita Beach just across the street.



THE SPACE



From the moment you walk in, this studio feels different. The beautifully remodeled kitchen sets the tone immediately — quartz countertops, a glass tile backsplash, full-size upgraded appliances, and warm, considered finishes throughout. It's fully stocked with cookware, dinnerware, and small appliances, with a dining table seating up to 4 for relaxed meals in.



The living area is styled with a leather sofa and a large wall-mounted TV with cable, with the full glass sliding doors drawing your eye straight to the screened balcony and that magnificent Gulf view beyond. Morning coffee, evening cocktails, sunset after sunset — the balcony will become your favorite room.



The sleeping area features a king-size bed with a pillow-top mattress, freshly made with provided linens, a ceiling fan for added comfort, and a spacious walk-in closet. Tucked beside the closet is a desk alcove — a quietly perfect spot for remote workers who need to get a little work done between beach days.



The full bathroom features a large walk-in shower, with bath and beach towels included for your stay.

On-site, guests enjoy two pickleball courts (tennis courts are temporarily closed during ongoing renovations). Please note that some restoration work on buildings, grounds, sidewalks, and atriums is continuing — occasional daytime construction noise is possible.
