Eric's House!
- Beautiful resort-like backyard! Includes private pool, hot tub, 2 tiki huts, full size outdoor entertainment bar, new deck, private fencing. Granite kitchen countertops and state of the art appliances. Top of the line faucets and fixtures, master bath features large walk in shower complete with rain fall shower head and body sprays galore! Completely renovated in 2006. Large 2 car garage. Washer and dryer on site. Fireplace, and pool table with custom-built indoor bar. All yard and pool maintenance done weekly. Large corner lot with professional landscaping. Walk to the beach and shops! Bars, and Mini Golf right down the street! Vacation in your own private resort! This is Florida living at its finest!
