You'll be just down the road from the beautiful Barefoot Beach & Bonita Beach which are two minutes by car & 5-10 minutes by bicycle. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers are available for your convenience. And best of all, the sunsets here are immaculate!

Beautiful home with a few disappointments

The home is like new, beautiful, spacious and clean with furnishings exactly as pictured. Bedrooms were very comfortable with TVs, ceiling fans, and ample drawer and closet space to unpack and settle in. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes but no spices found if you plan on cooking in. Also, plenty of bath and pool towels. However, there were limited paper towel and toilet paper supplies, and limited number of pods for the washing machine. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The disappointments we experienced and the primary reasons for 4/5 star rating: (1) We paid extra (in advance) to heat the pool and hot tub but found both cold on arrival day. After several follow ups, a local manager came to the home on the afternoon of Day 2 of our stay to turn it on. It was then that we learned that only the hot tub is heated. The pool was too cold for use during our mid-March stay. I have asked for a 1.5 day heat fee refund, waiting to hear back. (2) The outdoor gas grill tanks were empty. We declined their offer to go fill them ourselves and a full tank was provided on the afternoon of Day 2.
