Bonita Beach Club continues to rebuild while re-opening since recent hurricanes. Bonita Beach Club is still considered a "Construction Zone" and the City of Bonita Springs has granted a temporary certificate of occupancy while Bonita Beach Club completes the resotration of the common area amenities. This includes but not limited to ongoing construction around the complex and common areas of the property. The actual completion is subject to factors outside of the general contractor's control, to include but not limited to inclement weather, post construction permitting inspections, labor and supply chain issues.



We will update the condo complex and amenity photos with new photos as soon as the complex is completed. The beach is beautiful and ready for your enjoyment! The Bonita Beach Club condo association currently requries all owners, guests & renters to sign a construction disclaimer/waiver prior to occupancy. Management will send a copy of the disclaimer/waiver after your booking reservation.
