  • Welcome to a serene 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat in Bonita Springs, offering a private and tranquil view of the lake, fountains, and the Costa del Sol pool. This elegantly decorated condo is ideal for small groups, featuring a king bed and two twin beds. The glass-enclosed lanai provides an air-conditioned sitting area, while sliding glass doors open to a screened space for fresh air and entertaining.

    Located in Lighthouse Bay at the Brooks, this property boasts resort-style amenities, including a main pool, four additional community pools within walking distance, a fitness center, sauna, hot tub, clubhouse, and on-site restaurant. Explore the walking and biking trails with two Trek bikes available for use.

    In September and October, enjoy reciprocal golf privileges at nearby clubs and fine dining at prestigious country clubs. Alternatively, visit upscale restaurants and shops on 5th Avenue. Rules

HOA Application must be submitted and approved by HOA Board, $100 per married couple fee paid directly to HOA. Landlord will supply all HOA forms.

No overnight parking on street and other HOA rules will be supplied by Landlord and tenant must abide by all Lighthouse Bay 5 Condo Association rules.

Absolutely beautiful and convenient property for us. Wonderfully decorated with a view of the lake and fountains. The best VRBO property we've ever stayed at. And the host Colleen was extremely nice and excellent with communication. We felt right at home.

Die Anlage war suuuuuper schön, es gab nichts zu meckern und Colleen die Gastgeberin war auch super nett.Das Apartment war der Hammer !!!!!!Es gab einfach nichts zu beanstanden.Alles perfekt !!!Alle Daumen hoch es war ein super Aufenthalt im Lighthouse Bay würd ich sofort wieder buchen !!!!!!!!!!
