"A nice neighborhood within DRIVING distance of a beach. Definitely too far to walk! That was misleading. Not a real kitchen but enough small appliances to make it work... Toaster oven, microwave and bunsen burner not a stove. Cat hair everywhere.. We are both allergic and did not bring a pet! Bedding not real clean. Owner not present as stated. We were not told they are selling the property with other tenants moving the whole time we were there..including needing their furniture out of our...

"We chose this place due to proximity to family who were staying in the area for the winter. We were there for Christmas where we enjoyed the pool, morning walks and everything else in the area. We enjoyed the space for our family of 4, two adults and a 9- and 6-year-old. We would highly recommend and plan on staying here for our future visits to the area."

"Initially was impressed by the infusion of Boho in decorating. Ample space in the rental. However, the longer that I stayed I realized that, for the most part, someone had placed too much resale furniture in the house. Additionally, the home wasn’t very clean. "The cottage is exactly as listed. A full kitchen with all you need to cook any meal at home. The a/c is brand new and ceiling fans in all rooms. The entire place looks and feels brand new and we really enjoyed our time there."
