The houses location is great, the balcony offers an incredible view with complete privacy. The neighborhood is quiet, calm, relaxing, safe, and was exceptionally amazing. The owner was extremely helpful and maintained excellent communication with us throughout our stay.

Fantastic stay! Beautiful, peaceful, clean, well equipped. Grocery stores nearby. Adequate internet for working. Owner was very responsive when we needed him, we just couldn’t fault him. A really happy stay, we’d definitely stay there again.

Lovely spacious clean villa with amazing views. Piero was a brilliant owner who was always available to help or advise . Main pool was lovely for the children and meeting other families in the housing complex. Lots of beaches nearby and would recommend Diamente.

Das Haus liegt schön gelegen auf einem Hügel mit traumhaftem Meerblick. Der Hauspool ist ausreichend zur abfrischung, die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber, ein ort in absoluter Ruhe, zumindest im Oktober. Nachteil dieser Jahreszeit ist, dass es wenig offene Restaurants gibt und auch der Einkauf gut überlegt sein muß, um nicht nochmal ca. 15 Minuten zum Supermarkt hinunter zu fahren. Der größere gemeinschaftspool hatte ebenfalls bereits geschlossen. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass zumindest eine kleine Ausstattung von Grundnahrungsmitteln wie Salz,Pfeffer, Öl, Zucker vorhanden gewesen wäre.

Das Haus ist ein Traum. Bei Fragen war der Eigentümer immer sofort greifbar.Viel los ist in der Umgebung nicht. Man braucht ein Auto. Das weiß man aber vorher.Ich habe nur 2 Negativpunkte: 1. Das Haus hat keine Mückengitter an Türen und Fenstern (das sollte dringend nachgerüstet werden. Das Nachbarhaus hat das Beispielsweise).2. die Wasserversorgung vom Nachbarhaus. Die ist in 20 Sekundentakt die Nacht über immer wieder angesprungen. Es handelt sich hier um einen anderen Eigentümer und unser Gastgeber hat alles versucht das zu beenden, ist aber an seine Grenzen gekommen.Das hat uns leider erholsame Nächte gekostet.Ansonsten ist alles super.Der Pool hat die perfekte Tiefe, sodass unsere Kinder (67) gut stehen konnten. Alles war perfekt sauber. Nur Angst vor Ameisen sollte man nicht haben. Was wir persönlich schade fanden, waren die Pflanzen im Garten in Richtung Meer. Dadurch kann man aus dem Pool das Meer gar nicht sehen und von der unteren Terrasse die Küste nicht. Das sieht man aber auch auf den Bildern und ist daher kein Grund zur Beanstandung.Wär das mein Haus, würde ich beim Pool ein Stück aus der Hecke nehmen und dort eine Treppe hin setzen. Dann auf der Etage darunter eine Sitz-/ Liegelandschaft, wo man sich etwas sonnen kann.Dann die Bäume auf mindestens die Hälfte kürzen, sodass man von der Terrasse die malerische Landschaft etwas sehen kann und schließlich noch eine Treppe zur Straße setzen, um den Weg zum Gemeinschaftspool zu verkürzen. Trotzdem perfekt.

Ruhige Oase zum Entspannen

Das Haus ist schön und hat einen fantastischen Blick aufs Meer von allen Balkonen und der großen Terrasse. Man ist super schnell am Meer und die Menschen sind sehr freundlich. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert und Piero hat uns viele tolle Empfehlungen gegeben. Besonders sein Bruder Dante war unglaublich hilfsbereit und hat alles gegeben, damit wir Satellitenempfang hatten um die EM Spiele sehen zu können. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle die entspannte Urlaubstage und Erholung suchen.

Grande maison dans une région idyllique

Ce n’est pas très facile de trouver le chemin qui mène à la maison, mais grâce aux explications et indications précises de Piero, nous sommes bien arrivés à la villa. La maison est grande et très propre, elle correspond absolument à la description et aux photos. Le prioritaire Piero est très disponible et répond tout de suite aux demandes ou s’il y a un souci. En plus, il donne d’excellents tuyaux pour découvrir la région. L’endroit est très calme et surtout en octobre, plutôt en fin de saison, c’est exceptionnellement tranquille et reposant. La vue sur la mer est magnifique. Les chambres sont suffisamment grandes et il y a assez d’armoires et de tiroirs pour ranger les affaires. La maison est parfaitement équipée, il y a tout ce qu’il faut au niveau cuisine (ok, pour qqn qui ne sait utiliser une cafetière Bialetti, une machine Nespresso aurait été parfaite, mais va dire ça à un italien), il y a un barbecue, des chaises longues et un parasol. Quand il fait beau, on ne vit que dehors. La grande piscine commune n’était plus en service (ceci certainement dû à la saison tardive), mais nous avons pu profiter de la petite piscine privée dans le jardin. Pour les activités, la maison est bien située : on est rapidement au bord de la mer et également dans le parc naturel Il Pollino, où l’on peut faire des marches. La voiture est indispensable, même s’il y a un train ou des bus, l’accès à la maison ou les déplacements pour les commissions ou les excursions paraissent impossibles sans voiture de location. Très bonne adresse, à recommander.

Beautiful and breathtaking view from this villa is what we especially will remember. Situated in the hills there is a perfect ocean view. Very quiet surroundings, perfect getaway for everyone who likes peace and relaxation on their holiday. Lokal market, baker, restaurant, supermarket and beach just 2-3 minutes down the hill. Very friendly owner who very willing to help with anything (even met us on the way to guide us to the villa). Various little villages in the neighbourhood to visit Would surely recommend this to anyone

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Dieses Haus können wir nur weiterempfehlen! Die Lage am Berg über dem Meer ist traumhaft, an den Blick vom Frühstückstisch aufs Meer erinnern wir uns gerne. Das Wohnzimmer mit der Wohnküche öffnet sich an 3 Seiten auf den Garten bzw. die Veranda, so ist für gute Durchlüftung gesorgt. In den 3 Schlafzimmern befinden sich jeweils 2 Betten, die beiden restlichen Betten findet man im Ausziehsofa im Wohnzimmer. Da dies für 2 Familien etwas unpraktisch ist wurden uns vom Vermieter noch 2 Klappbetten zur Verfügung gestellt, die in den Schlafzimmern gut Platz fanden. Das ganze Haus ist praktisch und schön eingerichtet, der zur Anlage gehörige Pool ist riesig und blitzblau und sehr schön. Der Strand unterhalb des Hauses ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen, er ist sehr schön und recht familiär. Die ganze Gegend scheint vom Massentourismus verschont zu sein, wir haben im Juli wunderschöne, leere Strände gefunden und sehr entspannte Ferien verbracht!
