The dramatic great room welcomes guests with soaring cathedral ceilings, warm wood floors, and a commanding wood-burning fireplace—the perfect setting for relaxing after a day on the mountain.
The gourmet kitchen and dining area open onto a large deck with winter views of the Stratton trails. There’s plenty of room to spread out, with a media room, family room with a second fireplace, and expansive outdoor patio and decking. After skiing, hiking, or exploring the area, gather around the outdoor fire pit or unwind in the hot tub for the ultimate après-ski experience.
Set on a private 1.6-acre lot in High Meadow, the home offers sunny exposure, beautiful views, a large mudroom, and convenient access to all that the Stratton area has to offer. Seasonal adventures abound—from skiing, snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling in winter to golf, mountain biking, hiking, and kayaking during the warmer months.
