Nice staff. We needed to make arrangements to be picked up at the airport and be dropped off at the airport the following day super early in the morning which was out of their service time as our traveling time was early. They made the arrangements, there was a fee but reasonable.

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and this was the perfect place to stay before catching our early morning flight. They provide a shuttle service that goes to the airport for 10 euros.

I had stayed at this hotel last year and loved it, but this year I was disappointed. The housekeeping staff did a terrible job cleaning the room. The front desk staff was hit or miss. Some employees were friendly but others were grumpy and didn’t even say hello when we passed by. Denise, in particular, was very nice and we appreciated her help. The staff in the breakfast room were friendly and professional. The buffet breakfast was average. The location of the hotel is excellent for making day trips to the villages around Lake Como and Lake Maggiore.
