"We appreciate the fact that Henrik was waiting for us to make sure we arrived to the right place since it is literally in the middle of nowhere and we also arrived late at night. "Vi hade ringt och sagt att vi skulle komma vid 17.00. Receptionen skulle vara öppen till 20.00,. När vi kom 16.30 fanns det ingen på hotellet, vi hade inga nycklar ! Nycklarna, flera andra, låg i brevlådan det kändes inte bra. Fanns ingen att fråga eller service . Vi bytte hotell andra natten, sov en natt men betalade för två nätter. Vi försökte säga upp rummet ett dygn innan men det gick inte när man bokat två nätter i rad, DÅLIGT när hotellet var kasst"
