"The house was great, right on the water and had a cute little dock attached making it easy for us to launch our paddle boards into the water. The house was homey, clean and our host went above and beyond to ensure us and our two dogs had everything we needed. She even set up treats from local businesses for us at check in! There was a full kitchen, separate indoor grill and the outdoor deck patio area had multiple seating areas, a cooler, propane grill, hammock, kayaks, and multiple games! Also had a large fenced yard for our dogs, very pet friendly property. Parking was easy and there were two spaces for the property under a large carport that protected our car and kept it cool. We look forward to visiting again in the future."

"Beautiful scenery, less than 10 minutes from town. Very spacious interior, the walk-in handicap shower was an unexpected but great feature. Amenities for both the humans and the dog staying were exceptional. Host was quick to respond to questions about features that my home does not have (smart home heating/cooling). Kitchen was well stocked with equipment and utensils. Looking forward to booking again."

"Great clean and comfortable house with a large clean modern kitchen and beautifully updated kitchen. There is a wonderful deck with great views of Mount Whitestone and up the Okanogan Valley. Rare find in Tonasket! "

"It's very calm and quiet out there! The trip out and back for wherever your going is scenic, and there's even a nearby border crossing for Canada if that's something you're interested in. Lots of little swim areas along the Kettle River, which was very clear and had some great skipping rocks.Kitchen has the essentials for pots and pans, and there's a propane grill out on the porch. Coffee pot and microwave are all there and clean and in great condition. The dishwasher and fridge are also in great condition. Shower had good water pressure and hot water.The only downside was, that there's no washer/dryer but there is hot water and it is VERY bright and sunny so you might find it easier to just wash by hand and then hang dry. Overall, 4.5/5! Next time I'm in Republic visiting family I would definitely stay here again."
