This small hotel was clean and neat with good furnishings except for the tiny shower which was in need of repair. The hotel staff are helpful. The desk is only manned sporadically and one must ring a bell for attention. It is on a dead end, tiny residential street where one would not expect to find a hotel. The street is not shown on some maps. It is near the University which is in walking distance if you know where you are going.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! ✨ Everything was perfect — the place is clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area, and the apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.
The host was truly amazing — welcoming, attentive, and always available to help with any questions. We felt very well taken care of from the moment we arrived until the day we left.
I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Italy, and we would love to come back again! 🌿🇮🇹
