"We enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Pondicherry. We had a very warm welcome on our arrival. Apologies have forgotten the name of the very amicable lady. Dining experience at the Kabab House was wonderful too with some exquisite food servings and great service. Breakfast staff were good and special shoutout to Sagar who looked after our needs and made up for the complete lack of communication or acknowledement from the manager in charge n both days. "Dated hotel used mostly by travel groups. Very limited English speaking staff which is really not acceptable considering they are a four star hotel and charge those prices. Rooms are old but cmfortable"

"Room was awesome and comfortable. AC in the bedroom didnt work as well as the living area. Toilet flush didnt work in room 317. Room service coffee came cold but they quickly replaced it with a complimentary hot coffee. Overall a good stay."

"During my week in Auroville, this was our favourite stay. Seaview, and great roof top terrace good both for excersise and stargazing. Appreciated the small touches like kettle with complementary tea and coffee, toilet paper and daily cleaning. Parking indoors, for extra safety; excellent WiFi, I had a few zoom meetings while there; and just by the bus stop. "

"Hot water in the shower of the villa was not working. Never knew of hot water issues in an 5 star resort. Horrible service for villa guests. A cup of coffee took an hour to be delivered. Incredible property but horrendous service"

"Panism was amazing! The rooms were comfortable with tons of space - some of them had balconies, all had AC. There was a pool (I did not use), and a workout room as well as multiple terraces, including the kitchen where they served breakfast (included) and lunch/dinner if requested in advance. The staff was wonderful and we became friends over the course of my stay. They even helped me out of a small accident. They also rent bicycles/scooters/e-bikes. "Brilliant place, food very good. Limited menu but very tasty. The staff cannot do enough to help you. Very polite and discreet. nice clean pool. Quiet at night. Very modern room with a memory foam mattress, very comfy and large. Fridge and tea and coffee making. AC very cold and very quiet ceiling fan makes for a good night's sleep. "
