Steps from great dining, shopping, markets, both town beaches, boat rentals, town library and historic museum, and the historic Sagamore resort. Open kitchen and dining area. Separate living room with large sectional couch and 75" TV. Screened porch (with a kitchen pass-through) and separate deck with BBQ grill and outdoor dining area makes relaxing and entertaining easy day or night. Private driveway and parking behind the house accommodates off-street parking.

    ​Blue House in Bolton Landing is a great launching pad for hikes, lake adventures, and year-round activities at West Mountain and Gore Mountain, Fort Ticonderoga, Saratoga.

Heart of Bolton Landing

The blue house was absolutely perfect for my family and I. We were right in the heart of downtown Bolton Landing with two beach areas in walking distance. Many delicious restaurants in walking distance. The host, Larry, is accommodating and helpful! Also, a grocery store a right across the street. Perfect for a family getaway

This house is the perfect location to be able to walk around town and beaches. The house is in impeccable condition and a great layout for a family or group. Larry is so attentive and gives great suggestions and recommendation. Hoping to make it back next summer.
