Holiday Apartment 20 in Building 2 of the Weiße Villen is a 4-room holiday apartment on the 2nd floor that accommodates up to 5 people.



Apartment 20 can be rented together with Apartment 19 (total of 4 bedrooms, up to 7 guests, 2 bathrooms, 1 guest bathroom). For inquiries, please contact our office.



The approximately 87 m² holiday rental is lovingly and modernly furnished. It features a living room, a kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom, a guest bathroom with a shower, and a balcony. Vinyl flooring is installed throughout the apartment. The bathroom is tiled. The beach is approximately 200 metres away.



Your living room invites you to relax on its cosy sofa. Of course, the living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV with internet TV. You can also access the furnished, west-facing balcony from the living room.



The kitchen, which is integrated into the living room, has everything you could ask for. Everything you need to prepare your meals is provided. This includes a stove with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop and an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and plenty of dishes, silverware, and glasses.



Your first bedroom features a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). Storing your clothes is no problem, as the bedroom has a spacious closet. A TV is also provided.



The second bedroom also features a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a closet for storing your holiday clothes. You’ll also find a TV here.



The third bedroom has a single bed (90 x 200 cm). You can store your clothes on the shelf.



Curtains are provided in all bedrooms to block out the light. Furthermore, all windows (except the balcony door) are equipped with fly screens.



The stylish bathroom features modern tiling and is equipped with a sink, a walk-in shower, and a toilet. The guest bathroom, which features a shower, has also been tiled.



Underfloor heating throughout the entire apartment ensures a pleasant, cosy warmth. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available to you free of charge.



This holiday rental is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed. One free outdoor parking space (No. 20) is available for your car. It is located directly in front of the house. Bicycles can be stored in the lockable bike shed.



As a service, you’ll find two beds already made in the bedroom for two people at the Weiße Villen.



Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade).

The cosy and modern 2- to 4-room apartments can accommodate up to 6 people—ideal for families with children. By combining two apartments (via a connecting door), you can even create a 6-room holiday apartment for up to 7 people. Pets are not allowed. As a special service, you’ll find two made-up beds waiting for you in the bedrooms at the Weiße Villen. All apartments feature Wi-Fi and a terrace or balcony.
