Very nice holiday home in a quiet location in Boltenhagen.

This is a bright, child-friendly holiday home (64 m²) with a wonderful view from the terrace (sunny side!) from which your car parking space is visible. On the terrace you can z. B. have a leisurely breakfast. The rolls are hung from the bakery until 8:00 a.m. directly on the front door. Payment for this in the hotel directly opposite. Daily newspapers can be supplied on request. The beach is only about 900 m away. Through the additional windows in the living area, toilet and the 2 bedrooms, this apartment is flooded with light. The house is at ground level and suitable for 4 to 5 / maximum 6 people. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, etc. The apartment has satellite flat TV and stereo. Right behind the house is a large lawn with seating and a fireplace grill. You can park bicycles directly at the house. Nothing stands in the way of your deserved Baltic vacation.

Enjoyable and restful stay.

This property was ideal for us as an older couple. It is in a very quiet area just outside Boltenhagen itself. The house is compact and on one level (apart from a couple of steps). The kitchen is well-equipped. The bathroom is a little dated but perfectly functional. Plenty of towels supplied. The bed in the main bedroom is comfortable. Dagmar and Rainer spent some time talking us through various options for visits in an area which was new to us (eg Schloss Bothmer, Wismar, Rostock, Luebeck). Netto supermarket is a few minutes' drive away. (UK visitors note: we had to seek out an Apotheke when we ran out of paracetamol!) We enjoyed an excellent evening meal at the Tarnewitzer Hof, a very short walk away. We made contact with the owners prior to our stay and they were available by phone/SMS throughout. (Suggestion: a reliable WiFi/WLAN connection would be an asset.)

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht und können es sehr empfehlen. Wir hatten einen sehr netten Vermieterkontakt, das FH war sauber und die ruhige Lage für uns genau passend. Die Umgebung haben wir mit unseren E Bikes gut erkundet - teilweise geht es schon gut bergauf und bergab ;-) Die Betten waren prima, für die Enkelkinder das eigene Zimmer ebenfalls. Küchenzubehör war prima - viel Geschirr (event. könnten noch ein paar Wassergläser zusätzlich nicht schaden ;-)) Als weitere Anregung wäre vielleicht noch ein größerer Sonnenschirm/Sonnensegel passend, da den ganzen Tag die Sonne auf die schöne Terasse scheint . und event. Mückennetze an den Schlafzimmern. Ansonsten waren wir mit allem sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Wir grüßen herzlich!

Der Ferienbungalow ist ruhig gelegen. Die direkt angrenzende Anliegerstraße ist nicht störend, da kaum ein Auto vorbeifährt. Der Strand, die Strandpromenade und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Jungs haben das Internet nicht vermisst. Danke für die nette Gastfreundschaft.

Sehr angenehme Umgebung. Die Enkelkinder hatten viel Spaß auf dem nahegelegenen Spielplatz. Im Haushalt hat es an nix gefehlt. Die Vermieter sehr nett und unkompliziert!

Schöner Ferienbungalow

Etwas abseits der Hauptwege gelegen genossen wir hier ein paar freie Tage. Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit. Die Lage zu anderen touristischen Zielen ist optimal. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und völlig unkompliziert. Der Bungalow ist sehr gut ausgestattet und völlig sauber. Sollte es uns nochmal in die Gegend verschlagen, kommen wir gern wieder.

Toller Familienurlaub

Wir haben eine tolle Woche im Haus von Frau Rogall verbracht. Die ruhige Lage mit angrenzendem Spielplatz ist toll und perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Das Haus ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Vermeintliche Kleinigkeiten wie Batterien, Toilettenpapier in ausreichender Menge, Fit u.ä. sind vorhanden - das ist nicht immer selbstverständlich. Frau Rogall ist total unkompliziert und sehr sympathisch, die Übergabe am Anreisetage war unkompliziert obwohl wir verspätet ankamen. Boltenhagen bietet vor allem für kleinere Kinder (5 und 8 Jahre) viel Abwechslung. Ob Strand, Fossilien suchen an der Steilküste, Wanderung durch den Urwald, Buddelschiffmuseum oder Kindermotorland - alles schnell und häufig auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Restaurants und Imbisse gibt's zuhauf. Alles in allem: Ein toller Urlaub trotz Aprilwetter :)

Schönes kleines Bungalow

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Der Bungalow war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das große Doppelbett sehr bequem . Die Küche verfügt über hochwertige Elektrogeräte. Toll ist das helle Bad mit sehr geräumiger Dusche. Der Fußweg beträgt etwa 15-20 Minuten zum Strand. Der Spielplatz ist direkt unterhalb der Terasse anzufinden.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus ist einfach aber gemütlich und funktionell eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin ist unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, besonders charmant war die kleine Geste mit den frischen Eiern und dem Honig aus eigener Produktion. Ein toller Urlaub und eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin.

Urlaub und Erholungszeit

In der schönen, sauberen Wohnung war alles zum Wohlfühlen für unseren Aufenthalt vorhanden. Der Wohnungsstandort bietet Ruhe zur Erholung und ist gleichzeitig nah genug zum Zentrum, Hafen, Strand und Einkauf. Mit den mitgebrachten Rädern haben wir uns die schöne Natur und Sehenswürdigkeiten angesehen. Von der Vermieterin bekamen wir dazu wertvolle Tipps. Es war für uns ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Sehr tolles Haus mit netter Vermieterin

Wir waren über Ostern 3 Tage an der Ostsee und haben das Haus gemietet. Sehr schön und komplett eingerichtet. Zum Strand sind es ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Einziger Nachteil war, dass es kein wLan in dem Haus gibt. Aber im Urlaub kann man auch Mal das Handy weglassen... 😉
