The cosy living and dining area is furnished with a sofa, wood-burning stove, TV, stereo, and a dining table—ideal for relaxing with the family. Two separate bedrooms, along with a shower room and a guest bathroom, ensure comfort and privacy. The built-in kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and much more. You can relax on the south-facing terrace, which is furnished seasonally. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a closet, as well as a functional shower room, a bathroom, and free use of the washing machine. A staircase leads to the upper floor, which features another bedroom with a double bed, a closet, and a seating area. A guest bathroom is also available. Family-friendly amenities include a high chair and a cot. An iron and ironing board are also available for use.
This non-smoking house is ideal for up to 4 people; a free parking space is located directly at the house. Additional paid parking spaces are available in the surrounding public areas.
