You’ll have approximately 88 m² of living space, including a living room with access to the terrace, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms.<br><br>The ground floor of the holiday home features the living room, a cosy dining area, a corner sofa, and the integrated kitchenette. The shower room and the entryway are also located here.<br><br>The living room is modern and very tastefully furnished. For your entertainment, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system are available.<br><br>Access to the spacious southwest-facing terrace—equipped with a beach chair, among other things—is directly from the living room. The high-quality kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop and oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a Tassimo machine, and much more.<br><br>The bedrooms in the attic feature a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and two single beds (100 x 200 cm), each with a TV and closets offering plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains. The attic also features a bathroom with a bathtub and a hallway.<br><br>A maximum of two pets are allowed in this non-smoking apartment. A washing machine is available. You can also relax in our small, cosy infrared sauna on the upper floor. The car park is right at the resort’s entrance. Access to the resort is controlled by a gate system. Only guests of the Mariannenweg Holiday Resort have access. This holiday home is assigned one parking space. You can park additional cars in the nearby public car park for a fee.
