Holiday Apartment 13-4 in the Papillon holiday complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 3 people.

The 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor and features a south-facing terrace. With approximately 55 m², it offers plenty of space for up to 4 people to enjoy a relaxing holiday. It features a living/dining area, a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is approximately 250 m from the Papillon holiday complex.

The sunny terrace is furnished and invites you to relax outdoors. Your living room is furnished with a double sofa bed (140 x 195 cm). You can enjoy meals together at a large dining table. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo system, and a selection of games and books.

The kitchenette, featuring a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment, is located right next to the dining area. Designer vinyl flooring was chosen for the entire apartment.

The bedroom features a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a spacious closet. The windows can be darkened with curtains.

A tiled bathroom with a toilet and shower is also equipped with a hair dryer. There is also a window. Bicycles can be parked in the bike rack next to the house. A maximum of two pets are allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the building’s basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located right next to the house. The complex includes a small playground. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available to you free of charge.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them for a fee (not made up). One parking space is available for this holiday rental. Additional vehicles can be parked in the town’s public paid car parks.


Complex:

The Papillon holiday village, quietly yet centrally located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen’s town centre, invites you to enjoy a cosy holiday. The beach is about 250 m away.

Children are warmly welcome in the park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandpit, swinging high into the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has a free parking space for your car right in the immediate vicinity of the house.

Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon holiday complex. On the ground floor are 2-room apartments with a terrace. An outdoor staircase leads to the ground floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bicycle parking space or a bicycle storage room.
