Holiday Rental 04-5 at the Papillon Resort is a 4-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people.

This modernly furnished 4-room holiday apartment, featuring a furnished balcony facing southwest, is located on the 1st floor at the end of the building and is accessible via an outdoor staircase. You’ll be staying in the apartment, which has approximately 68 m² of living space spread over two floors and features a living and dining area, a kitchenette, three bedrooms, a guest bathroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The distance to the beach from the Papillon holiday complex is about 250 m.

The light-filled living room on the lower level is furnished with a cosy corner couch and an inviting dining area for six people. A flat-screen TV and a Blu-ray player provide entertainment. An internal staircase leads to the two bedrooms in the attic.

The built-in kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Tile flooring has been installed throughout the living and entryway areas.

In the first-floor bedroom, you’ll find two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. Both bedrooms in the attic are furnished with a double bed each (2 x 90 x 200 cm and 2 x 80 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. A second flat-screen TV is available here. The bedrooms have laminate flooring. Roller shades and, in some cases, exterior blinds are installed on the windows for privacy.

The bathroom is equipped with two modern sinks, a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet with a window. Additionally, this apartment features a guest bathroom. Bicycles can be parked in the bike storage room and at the bike rack next to the building. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

In Building 4, free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available to our guests. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers can be used in the building’s basement. The outdoor parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the building. The complex includes a small playground.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade). One parking space is available for this holiday rental. You can park additional vehicles in the public, paid car parks in town.

The Papillon holiday village, located in a quiet yet central spot on the outskirts of Boltenhagen, invites you to enjoy a cosy holiday. The beach is about 250 m away.

Children are warmly welcome in this park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandpit, swinging high into the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house comes with one free parking space for your car right next to the house.

Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon holiday complex. On the ground floor are 2-room apartments with terraces. An outdoor staircase leads to the ground floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bicycle parking space or a bicycle storage room.
