The kitchen is fully equipped—it features a stove with four ceramic burners, an oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave. There are also plenty of kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware. Enjoy your meals together at the large dining table or on the southwest-facing balcony.

For entertainment, there are two TVs, a stereo system, and a selection of games and books, so you’ll never get bored—even when the weather isn’t great. An outdoor staircase leads to the ground floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bike parking space or a bike storage room.
