The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach and the town center can be reached in about 300 meters. The high-quality furnished unit - Kastanienhof 11 - is a 61sqm 3-room apartment with a south-facing balcony. There are two separate bedrooms. Maximum occupancy with 4 people. A car outside parking space is free of charge at the house. Family-friendly equipment with handcart, cot, high chair. It is an apartment for non-smokers. Pets are not allowed. On request, a bread delivery service brings fresh bread daily to the front door.

Kastanienhof 11- with south balcony an ideal domicile. With a maximum of 4 people you can spend your vacation in a central location. The fine sandy beach is only 300 meters away. The 61 sqm apartment offers high quality and comfortably brightly furnished. In the living / dining area there is a comfortable sofa, TV, DVD player, music system and a large dining table for meals together. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. V. M. Two separate bedrooms 1x double bed and wardrobe, 1x bunk bed and chest of drawers, allow relaxing nights. For small children there is a high chair and a travel cot in the apartment. Underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth in the brightly tiled shower room. You are also welcome to use the handcart, which is located outside the storage room, free of charge. A parking space is reserved for your car. We would like to point out that smoking is not allowed in the apartment and pets are not allowed. If requested, beds and towels can be booked.

Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and departure is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Schlechte Ausstattung

Die Wohnung ist mit alten hässlichen Möbeln viel zu voll gestellt, man kann sich kaum bewegen. Das Bett knarrt bei jeder Bewegung laut, die Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht. Man merkt, die Wohnung wird vom Eigentümer nicht gepflegt. Wohlfühlen ist schwierig. In der Beschreibung steht etwas von hochwertiger Einrichtung, das ist ein schlechter Witz. Der Balkon ist groß. Die Vermietung hat sich bemüht, die negativen Dinge zu beheben, das war aber nicht möglich.

Kastanienhof 11

Wir waren 2007 schon einmal in diesem Objekt. Es war genauso schön wie damals. Leider waren keine Geschirrtücher vorhanden. Ein paar Kissen und eine Decke auf dem kalten Ledersofa wären im Winter auch sehr schön gewesen. Leider hatten unsere Vorgänger nicht Bescheid gesagt, dass der Geschirrspüler defekt ist. So hat es uns am letzten Tag ohne Trockentuch und Spülmittel eiskalt erwischt. Alles in allem war es eine sehr schöne Woche.

Ferienwohnung gut ausgestattet, aber kein W-Lan Vorhanden. Für meine Erwachsene Tochter ein Unding.

Soweit alles in Ordnung. Kein W-Lan nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Gute Lage der Ferienwohnung, nicht zu nah und nicht zu weit vom Stand und Ortsinneren

Schöne Ferienwohnung, gute Aufteilung der Wohnung. Die Verdunkelungsrollos im Schlafzimmer der Eltern, müsste in Ordnung gebracht werden, man kann nicht das Fenster weit öffnen und abdunkeln. Es wäre auch gut, wenn man im Inserat das Stockwerk immer angeben würde. Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Werner und Jutta Schraven

Eine super schöne 3 Zimmer Wohnung

Der Aufenthalt in der großen Wohnung war sehr schön. Es war sehr sauber und die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet. In der Küche war alles notwendige vorhanden und die Lage der Wohnung war gut. Man lief nur ca. 5 Minuten zum Strand und war in 2-3 Minuten bei Einkaufsläden in der Nähe (sowohl Lebensmittel als auch andere Geschäfte).
