Dreckig und in die Jahre gekommen

Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral, der Grundriss für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern optimal, auch das Parkhaus ist bei schlechtem Wetter sehr angenehm. Leider ist die Wohnung bei Anreise sehr dreckig gewesen und das Geschirr war noch von den Vormietern dreckig im Schrank, obwohl eine Wohnungsabnahme erfolgt sei. Sofa, Betten, Schränke etc. sind abgewohnt und teilweise beschädigt. Das Sofa und die Betten stauben sichtbar und riechen unangenehm beim hinsetzen. Matratzen, Kopfkissen und Bettdecken sind fleckig. Nach Reklamation wurde die Wohnung teilweise nachgereinigt und ein Teil der Bettdecken ausgetauscht und wir erhielten Matratzenschoner. Uns wurde gesagt, dass die Vermietfirma den Zustand beim Eigentümer angezeigt hätte aber nichts geändert werden würde. Insgesamt haben wir uns nicht wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung nicht empfehlen.

Auszeit

Wir waren 4Nächte dort. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und gut gepflegt. Sie ist im Erdgeschoss und war uns leider zu dunkel. Die Terrasse ist nur notdürftig umzäunt und da auch das Gesamtgrundstück nicht umzäunt ist und die Wohnung zur Straßenseite (Ostseeallee) liegt ist wenig Schutz vor dem Betreten Dritter gewährleistet. Ebenso können Kleinkinder oder Hunde ungehindert auf die Straße laufen oder in die Tiefgarageneinfahrt stürzen… auch dorthin gibt es keine Absicherung… Schade und gefährlich! Schön war der geringe Abstand zum Strand (100m) und die zentrale Lage in der Nähe der Mittelpromenade (70m). Insgesamt konnten wir uns trotzdem gut erholen.

Nette kleine Ortschaft , fabelhafter Strand,fußläufig alles zu erreichen , sauber und gepflegte Anlagen . Jederzeit gerne wieder.
